  1. the usual way why the person being depressed is the poverty,peer pressure, family problem, at work, and lastly is love, yeah you right the love can bring us in the light side or in the dark side, ummm, for me, kung ako ang nasa kalagayan niya, ang unang-una kung gagawin ay kakalma ako, 2nd you need to pray to our mighty God, 3rd I will confess my problems to my close friend, family, or maybe God, parts sa buhay natin ang problems, kaya wag mung pag-aksayahin ang oras mo sa problema. We need to forget the past,meet the present, and look for the future.Forget the pasy means kailangan mung kalimutan ang lahat ng problema na nangyari sa buhay mo.Meet the presen means intindihin mo kung ano ka ngayon, kung ano ang kalagayan mo. And look for the future means kailangan mung harapin ang iyong kinabukasan, the best thing to predect the future is to created it. You know what, depression depends and takes the body and mind, the pain and depression often becomes overwhelming. The chemical imbalance and deep despair can lead the brain to try and find ways to end the pain. This is when suicidal thinking begins. Depressive illnesses can distort thinking such that the person can’t think clearly or rationally. The illness can talk cause of hopelessness or helplessness, which may lead to suicidal thoughts. Remember there is always hope in life.

  2. Personally ay hindi pa ako nakaranas ng depression kaya hindi madaling sabihin na ganito or ganyan ang gawin mo. To be honest, I know someone who is currently experiencing depression at hindi ganoong kadali ang magbigay ng payo sa kanya. Mahalaga siya sa akin at alam kong kailangan niya ang tulong namin. Hirap siyang makinig sa mga payo dahil nga sobrang down ang personality niya. Hindi din siya open to communicate his problem with us pero ang kagandahan ay inamin niya depress siya. And the time na sinabi niya sa amin ang kanyang sitwasyon isa lang ang una kong naisip. Bukod sa dasal na pinakamabisang sandata ay ang pagmamahal at pag intindi ng mga taong nagmamahal sa kanya ang kanyang lubos na kailangan. Yung tipong hindi niya mararamdaman na nag-iisa siyang lumalaban sa buhay. Kailangan naming maipakita at maipadama sa kanya na anumang oras ay narito kami karamay niya sa hirap man o ginhawa. Dahil naniniwala akong basta’t may pananamapalataya tayo sa ating Panginoon at may pagmamahal na handang ibigay sa iba lahat ay malalagpasan.
    Thanks to God, dahil muli ko nang nasisilayan ang muli niyang pagngiti at hopefully and we are still praying na tuluyan na siyang makarecover.

  3. ang problema hinaharap, Hindi iniiwasan kagaya ng pag inom, hinahanapan ng solusyon dyan, kapag Hindi mo kaya share mo sa mga kaibigan or family mo ng gumaan gaan pakiramdam mo, mabigyan ka ng advice, huwag mo solohin.

Everytym I have a long tiring bad days,be it from work,a personal problem,family’s miscommunication,and so on… I’m going out some places’ church where nobody can possibly recognize me because I know I will cry,talking to Him always make me feel like expressing urself to someone without any inhibitions, I can feel His warm advices thru d comfort I’m feeling after. I’m not a good girl I know, but He kept my faith strong by surrounding me with a good frenz and families. Haha sorry but instead of tagayan wer putting more of our energy in talakan about my kgagahan,writing down weird advices,teasing with best bitter hugots,cooking,eating,sleeping for 1 hr,waking up and ready to try those possible solutions for my problems. We could kick and avoid depression if we,ourself is willing to fight it. Go girls!!!

  5. Always be happy kahit my problema, to avoid depression., wag gawing problema ang problema., minsan kasi my mga taong problema din ang ginagawang solusyon para maresolba ito., so simply wag gawing kumplikado ang buhay., live, love and laugh.

  6. ang problema ay hindi ibinibigay ni god kasi alam mong kaya mo resolbahin., nagiging depression ang isang tao kapag masyadong seneryoso ang pag iisip sa problema., so, kapag my problema huwag daanin sa pag inom ng alak kasi hindi ito ang solusyon para makalimot at masolusyonan ito., just pray to god., trust him, have faith for him., hindi mo mamalayan na unti2 na itong nasosulusyonan., sapagkat magaling si god, gumagamit sya ng instrumento para sa atin., at dapat laging happy.,
